We cut the panels from lightweight cotton cloth that softens as you wear it. The unlined build sits low against the head rather than standing up stiff.

Embroidered heart

Dense needlework shapes the small heart detail on the front. The thread is pulled flat to stay neat after repeated wear and hand washing.

Curved brim

The bill is pre-curved to shade the eyes and hold its arch over time. Multiple rows of tonal stitching anchor the fabric across the insert.

Adjustable back strap
