Straight to the pieces

Knit, cut and sewn by ZANDO. Ordering happens on our retail partner.

Getting it to you

The long crossing

We knit the pieces. Getting them to your door is handled entirely by our retail partner, and this page explains what that means in practice.

Who dispatches your order

Every buy button on this site opens a listing on our retail partner. From the moment you place the order it is theirs: they take the payment, pack the parcel, choose the carrier and hand it over.

That means we cannot quote you a delivery date, a carrier or a rate. Those are set on their side and shown to you at checkout, before you pay.

Where to find your tracking

Tracking lives in the account you ordered through, in the order history for that purchase. Confirmation and dispatch notices go to the address on that account.

If a parcel is late or has gone quiet, that account is where to raise it. A message to us cannot move it along, because we have no view into it.

What we can tell you

What is inside the parcel. If you want to know how a knit will arrive folded, whether a swim piece comes with a lining, or how a beanie is packed, ask us and we will tell you exactly what leaves the knitting floor.
