What we can answer
Questions about how a piece is knit, which yarn is in it, how a cuff or waistband is finished, how to wash it, and which section of the rack suits what you are doing. Those are ours and we answer them properly.
If you have spotted something wrong on a page here, a broken image, a description that does not match the piece, tell us. We would rather fix it than leave it standing.
What we cannot answer
Anything about an order. Where a parcel is, when it ships, what it cost, how to change or cancel it, how to send it back. None of that reaches us, because the order is not with us. Our retail partner holds it, and the account you ordered through is the fastest way to get an answer.
How long we take
We are a small team and we read the inbox on working days. If a message needs a look at the actual yarn or a sample, it takes us longer, and we will say so rather than go quiet.
