We built this witch hat with a light lace overlay over a structured cone and a flexible brim frame. The internal wire lets you twist the brim flat for storage and pops right back into shape when opened. A small buckle accents the base of the crown.

Flexible brim wire

The inner wire along the brim edge holds its round shape during wear. You can twist and fold the frame down small for packing, then let it spring open without creasing the outer lace.

Lace crown overlay

We layer an open mesh lace over the tall cone to give the fabric texture. The material stays lightweight on the head, letting air pass through the weave while holding the pointed profile.

Buckle band detail

A neat band wraps the base of the crown, secured with a small round buckle. It anchors the lace layers together where the cone joins the wide brim.

Hand wash care

Clean the hat by hand in cold water to preserve the lace overlay and wire frame. Reshape the cone, smooth the brim flat, and dry on a line away from heat.
