We knit this skull cap from soft acrylic yarn with a deep vertical rib. The turnback brim lets you adjust the depth so it sits flat against the crown or pulls all the way over the ears. It packs down small into a coat pocket and springs right back into shape.

Ribbed acrylic yarn

The knit uses a springy acrylic yarn that holds its shape after stretching. It feels smooth against the forehead and keeps cold wind off the scalp without weighing down the head.

Turnback brim

We gave this cap a generous foldover cuff. You can wear it doubled over for extra bulk around the ears, or roll it down to change the depth of the crown.

Wash and care
